Privacy Policy for StudioRoute Manager

StudioRoute Manager (“the App”) is committed to respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines what information we do and do not collect, how data is used, and your choices regarding that data.

1. No Personal Data Collected

We do not collect, store, or process any personal information or identifiable data. The app operates entirely on your device. There is no backend server and no analytics or tracking tools.

2. Optional Google Sign-In

If you choose to sign in using Google OAuth, you allow the App to access your Google Drive to save or load session files. This integration uses Google's secure API and:

• Only accesses files created or selected by you.
• Does not collect your Google account information beyond what's required to display your name and avatar in the app interface.
• Does not share or store any data externally.

You can revoke access at any time via your Google account permissions page.

3. Local Storage and Offline Cache

The App stores settings and session information in your browser or device’s local storage and offline caches so you can work without an internet connection. This data remains on your device unless you choose to sync with Google Drive.

4. Functional Cookies Only

The App sets a small srData cookie to manage update checks and may briefly store your Google sign‑in token in a googleUser cookie for compatibility. These cookies stay on your device and are never used for advertising or analytics.

5. User Content and Files

You may choose to save and load session files either:

• Locally on your device, or
• To and from your personal Google Drive (if you opt in).

We never store, analyze, or share the content of your files.

6. Third-Party Services

StudioRoute Manager uses the following services:

• Google APIs (OAuth & Drive file picker)
• Netlify (for web hosting)
• GitHub (for open-source development and updates)
• Google Fonts (for loading fonts during page load)
• React, MUI, and other MIT-licensed open-source libraries

These services operate under their own privacy policies and do not receive personal data from the App.

7. Data Deletion

Since we don’t retain any user data or accounts, there’s no data to delete. You control your session files entirely.
